This flvmp3.org Service Agreement (the "Agreement") describes the terms and conditions on which flvmp3.org ("we" or "our company") offer services to you ("Customer" or "You"). By using flvmp3.org services, Customer agrees to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

There is no Download or Conversion and videos are viewed through YouTube API. It is the users or your responsiblity to get permission from your ISP, Internet Provider, Admistrator, etc. to do this conversion on other sites. No Files, Videos, Conversion Software, or Mp3's are ever downloaded, transfered, or stored on this server. Since no conversion and download is done locally, the user accepts all resonsibilty or liabilty that may result from conversion or download.

The service is provided as is with no warranty or guarantee. Download it at your own Risk. We cannot be and will not be responsible for damages.

One is reminded that the illicit exchanges of recordings and protected works as well as the hacking or altering artistic creation is illegal. One is reminded that that with respect to the laws in force, in particular those concerning the respect of the intellectual and artistic property, can give place to continuations and judgments. Any failure or complaint of having rights will irremediably involve the removal of the files in question.

You agree to not use flvmp3.org services to upload any content that spreads messages of terror or depicts torture or death-gui; harm minors in any way. Failure may result in legal authorities being contacted

You agree to not use flvmp3.org services to upload any content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any party.
flvmp3.org is a free service, which does not offer any guarantee of any kind as for its use. You can use flvmp3.org for only personal use.
flvmp3.org online reserves the right to change or discontinue any of the Services at any time.

Under no circumstances can this service be used to convert videos that are copyrighted.  This service cannot be used to copy songs.  We don't condone copying of songs.  If your thinking about converting a copyrighted song buy it.  All files are purposely degraded.

Ways to identify a copyrighted song in youtube and cannot be used by this service to be converted.

1) If there is an option to buy the song on the video.  If so, buy the content.
2) An indication of an (C)  or copyright indication etc..
3) VEVO videos.
4) A label or production that is sponsoring the video or it is their channel.  
5) A song that is on the radio, television, or is broadcasted on the internet or by any other means
6) The video says it contains content by a label and can only be viewed on youtube

It is the uploaders responsibility to research if they can convert a song.

  This involves all necessary means such as doing a google search of the song or artist name and determining if it is copyrighted, contacting the copyright holder and obtaining permission, etc.  If in doubt, do not convert the video.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless each of flvmp3.org, its affiliates and licensors and each of their respective officers, directors, employees and agents, including all third parties mentioned on a flvmp3.org Site, from and against any and all claims, actions or demands, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, resulting from or related to: (a) your breach of any of these Terms and Conditions (including any Terms and Conditions incorporated by reference); (b) your access to or use of a flvmp3.org Site, Services or Content; or (c) your use or reliance on, or publication, communication or distribution of anything on or from a flvmp3.org Site or through any of the Services. You shall use your best efforts to cooperate with us in the defense of any claim. We reserve the right, at our own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you.

Videos that may be converted are those that are licensed under a creative commons license and can be used for non commercial uses.

This service is in Beta and functionality is not guaranteed. No files are retained on the server and they cannot be retrieved in the future.
